Practice Physical Therapy With More Time to Think
Great Physical Therapy requires more than moving patients through a busy schedule.
You need time to evaluate the full picture, identify what is limiting your patient, build the right plan, and adjust treatment as they progress.
At In Touch Therapy, your one-on-one treatment model gives you the opportunity to:
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
- Identify mobility restrictions, strength deficits, movement dysfunctions, and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized plans of care.
- Use your clinical reasoning to determine appropriate treatment progression.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and progressive rehabilitation.
- Adjust treatment based on measurable outcomes and patient response.
- Educate patients so they understand their condition and recovery plan.
- Build meaningful relationships throughout the course of care.
- Help patients return to the activities, work, recreation, and daily life that matter to them.
Mentorship Built for Physical Therapists
The first several years of your Physical Therapy career are where you develop many of the habits, clinical reasoning skills, and treatment strategies you will carry throughout your career.
You should not have to figure everything out alone.
At In Touch Therapy, you will have access to experienced Physical Therapists who can help you strengthen your clinical decision-making while giving you room to become an independent provider.
Your mentorship may include:
- Support with orthopedic evaluations and differential diagnosis.
- Treatment-planning guidance.
- Patient progression and plan-of-care development.
- Manual therapy skill development.
- Therapeutic exercise progression.
- Collaboration on complex patient presentations.
- Support transitioning from Physical Therapy school into clinical practice.
- Opportunities to discuss different treatment approaches.
- Feedback that helps strengthen your confidence and clinical reasoning.
- Support pursuing your individual clinical interests.
Questions and clinical discussion are encouraged.
The goal is to help you become a confident, capable, well-rounded Physical Therapist.
Keep Your Documentation From Following You Home
Your workday should include enough structure to complete your responsibilities without making documentation a routine evening activity.
At In Touch Therapy, the documentation workflow is designed to help you stay current with notes during the workday and protect more of your personal time after you leave the clinic.
You will still be responsible for accurate and timely documentation, but you will have systems designed to help you stay organized and efficient.

- Progress patients safely from evaluation through discharge.
- Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants to maintain continuity of care.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, providers, and clinical team members.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on excellent patient care and continued improvement.
