**Role Description** The Physical Therapist role is a part\-time with potential for full\-time on\-site position based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands\-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Day\-to\-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, implementing evidence\-based rehabilitation programs, documenting clinical progress, and collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate care. The role also involves educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long\-term wellness.
Participation in clinic wellness activities, such as exercise classes and educational sessions, may be part of the routine responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicine and clinical best practices relevant to neurological and orthopedic conditions.
- Proficiency in Patient Care, including thorough assessments, clear communication, and empathetic support for diverse patient populations.
- Experience in home exercise program development to promote continuity of care outside the clinic.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain licensure) and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Prior experience in outpatient or neurological/orthopedic rehabilitation settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
Pay: $45\. 00 \- $55\. 00 per hour
Expected hours: 15\. 0 – 25\. 0 per week
Work Location: In person
