You'll sit in our Project Management Office at the intersection of web development, design, and business strategyturning complex technical work into clear, on-time outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead & manage a team of engineers and creativesto hit deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Partner with Creative, UX/UI, Web Dev, and cross-functional teamsto align on goals and execution
• Own project workflows inMonday.comand Jirafrom setup to sign-off
• Build and refine internal processesto improve speed and predictability
• Plan sprints, epics, timelines, and Gantt chartsthat actually work
• Communicate clearlywith executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot and keep projects moving
• Assign roles and responsibilitiesso everyone knows what they own
• Run regular team meetingsto track progress, solve challenges, and maintain momentum
• Document key decisionsfrom client and stakeholder meetings for traceability and alignment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of technical experiencein digital marketing, web development, and web technologies
• Hands-on experience withWebflow, Contentful (or another CMS), and JavaScript
• Prior experience inproject development or managementroles
• Full-cycle project management: coordinating deployments, content + code changes
• Experiencemanaging creatives,engineers, and QA
• Strong accountability and project leadershipcomfortable making decisions alongside developers, designers, and clients
• Webflow or WordPressbuild/management experience
• Working knowledge ofSEO and analytics best practices(optimization strategies included)
• Ability toanticipate challengesand proactively clear obstacles
• Startup oragile/scrumenvironment experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Can translatebusiness requirements into technical requirements
• An instinct forbenchmarking and optimization

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing projects acrossPaid Media, Lifecycle, or other marketing channel projects
• Familiarity withmulti-location businessesandGTM strategies
• Proficiency inGoogle AnalyticsandHubSpot
