Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Technical Product Manager:

• Lead the migration of internal store-facing applications into a centralized enterprise platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the transition from legacy systems to a modern platform.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and operations teams to translate real-world store usage into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct discovery through user observation and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and inform product development.
• Partner with engineering and integration teams to align technical feasibility with business needs.

Required Skills for Senior Technical Product Manager:

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with a strong technical background.
• Proven expertise in legacy system modernization or application migration within complex, multi-system environments.
• Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web-based platforms.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise platform migrations or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
