About this role

Location

Anaheim, CA (On-site) Employment: Full-time Compensation: $60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus About Ianai Systems Ianai Systems is a growing enterprise software company developing ianaiERP , an AI-native ERP platform designed to help manufacturers manage and automate their business operations. Our platform brings together sales, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, and other business operations.

We specialize in supporting complex manufacturing environments, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) businesses. We compete in an established ERP market with a differentiated, modern, AI-native solution. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build a predictable and scalable pipeline of qualified ERP prospects.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility is simple: Help us consistently generate qualified ERP demo meetings, sales opportunities, and ultimately new customers. We are not looking for someone who focuses primarily on social media posting, impressions, or brand awareness without measurable business results.

We already have access to external marketing resources, including SEO specialists, advertising professionals, content creators, and other contractors. Your role is to coordinate these resources, execute marketing initiatives, continuously evaluate performance, and identify better ways to generate qualified opportunities.

You will work directly with the CEO and sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies targeting U.S. mid-market manufacturers. This is an execution-focused role that combines strategic thinking, campaign management, analytical decision-making, and hands-on marketing work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate Qualified ERP Leads and Sales Pipeline Develop and execute campaigns targeting mid-market manufacturing companies. Build a consistent flow of qualified demo requests and sales opportunities.

Identify industries, company profiles, and decision-makers most likely to purchase ERP software. Coordinate closely with sales to convert marketing leads into qualified meetings and opportunities. Improve lead nurturing and follow-up processes throughout the longer B2B buying cycle.

2. Manage and Optimize Marketing Channels Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search and LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Develop retargeting campaigns to re-engage interested prospects.

Collaborate with SEO and content specialists to improve organic visibility for relevant manufacturing ERP searches. Build and improve landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels. Identify and test additional channels based on cost, lead quality, and potential pipeline contribution.

Make recommendations on how to allocate marketing budgets for the best results. 3. Develop Account-Based and Intent-Driven Marketing Work with sales to identify high-value manufacturing accounts.

Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, G2 Buyer Intent, and other prospecting or intent-data sources. Create targeted campaigns for companies demonstrating ERP-related buying interest. Develop industry-specific messaging for ETO, MTO, custom manufacturing, fabrication, and other relevant segments.

Coordinate marketing outreach, digital advertising, and sales follow-up to improve account engagement. 4. Improve Positioning, Messaging, and Content Understand ianaiERP's capabilities and explain their business value to manufacturing executives.

Develop compelling messaging for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, operations leaders, and IT decision-makers. Work with specialists to produce relevant case studies, industry articles, comparison pages, videos, and sales collateral. Continuously improve website messaging, landing pages, and conversion rates.

Help differentiate ianaiERP from established ERP vendors. 5. Manage Trade Shows, Partnerships, and Campaigns Plan pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns for manufacturing trade shows.

Develop strategies to convert trade-show contacts into qualified meetings and opportunities. Support webinars, industry partnerships, referral programs, and other B2B marketing initiatives. Coordinate with sales to ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing.

6. Manage Marketing Resources and Performance Coordinate and evaluate external marketing agencies, freelancers, and contractors. Establish clear deliverables, deadlines, and measurable performance expectations.

Review campaign performance and recommend which activities to expand, improve, or discontinue. Manage marketing projects proactively without waiting for daily instructions. 7.

Analyze Performance and Continuously Improve Track lead generation, qualified demo meetings, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline. Build and maintain a practical marketing performance dashboard. Run experiments and continuously improve campaigns based on measurable results.

Provide a concise weekly report outlining performance, key findings, current challenges, and next steps.
