Operations Manager

We're looking for a strong, dependable leader to join our growing team at i9 Sports West Texas!

As we continue expanding our youth sports programs, we're seeking an Outdoor Sports Operations

Manager who is passionate about youth development, takes pride in leading people, and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional experience for families.

This is more than a game-day position. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our outdoor sports operations and help build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee game-day operations for flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball and baseball.
• Recruit, train, and lead referees and game-day staff.
• Communicate effectively with volunteer coaches and parents.
• Ensure games run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate weekly staffing, field preparation, and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Identify problems, implement solutions, and continuously improve our programs.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Position

Seasonal, part-time, including Saturday game days and weekday preparation.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
