About this role
Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.
Have the PT career you always wanted.
I.MOVE. Health and Performance is a 100% cash-based rehab practice in Clackamas, Oregon. Our patients are active adults who commit to plans of care, and we give them a full hour every visit.
Enough time to assess, treat, educate, and get them back to the training and the life they've been missing.
We're hiring one physical therapist. New grads welcome.
This is for you if:
- You believe manual therapy is a tool, not the only tool. Rehab and patient education excite you
- You always went beyond what was required while everyone else did the bare minimum
- You train. Lifting, CrossFit, running, or something like it. You live what you coach
- You want to learn the business behind the practice
This is not for you if:
- You believe passive care is all a patient needs to get better
- The only courses you've ever taken are the ones that were required
- You wait until you have all the answers before you act
What the job looks like:
- 60-minute, one-on-one visits
- 28 to 35 treatment hours a week
- 5 to 10 paid hours a week for mentorship, training, and planning with Dr. Dann and the team
- Paid documentation time built into your week
- $85K to $110K total compensation, depending on experience, with performance-based pay as you grow into leadership
- 3 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and a monthly health insurance stipend
- CE, licensure, and malpractice paid for
- SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match
- Relocation assistance
- Growth path: we're opening more locations across the Portland/Vancouver area, and the most driven clinicians will lead them
To apply: go to https://imovehp.com/careers, watch the short video from Dr. Dann, then fill out the form.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Continuing education credits
