Occupational Therapist - Lincoln Medical Center - 0.6 FTE

The Occupational Therapist assumes primary responsibility for evaluation of the patient, planning, implementing, supervising, reevaluating and changing the treatment program. The therapist maintains adequate records and documents the appropriate progress reports and patient education. The therapist supervises support staff and students as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education required: Graduate of AOTA accredited educational program for Occupational Therapists License, Certification and/or Registration: Must have current Tennessee OT license.
• Must receive BCLS certification within orientation period.
• Prefer member of AOTA.

Experience
