Human Touch Home Health is looking for compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) for PRN home health opportunities throughout Washington, DC.

We have patient opportunities across the District and are looking for OTs who want the flexibility to provide meaningful one\-on\-one therapy while maintaining control of their schedule.

You do NOT have to cover all of Washington, DC.

PRN should actually feel flexible. You tell us where you want to work and when you're available.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Help patients regain independence with activities of daily living
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and functional ability
• Address dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and other everyday activities
• Assess home safety and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete reassessments and discharge planning
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky

What We're Looking For

• Active Washington, DC Occupational Therapist License Required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes
• Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
• WellSky Experience is a Plus
