Human Touch Home Health is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Washington, DC team Full\-Time.
We have patient opportunities throughout the District and are looking for an OT who wants the stability of a full\-time position while still enjoying the independence and one\-on\-one patient care that comes with home health.

We understand that an efficient territory matters in home health. Our goal is to build a manageable caseload while meeting the needs of our patients throughout the District.
What You'll Do
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Help patients regain independence with activities of daily living
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and functional ability
- Address dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and other everyday activities
- Assess home safety and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete reassessments and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky
What We're Looking For
- Active Washington, DC Occupational Therapist License Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage a full\-time home health caseload
- Strong time\-management skills
- Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
- WellSky Experience is a Plus
