Responsibilities

· Prepare individual and business tax returns.

· Assist with financial reporting, general accounting, and bookkeeping.

· Provide excellent client service and build strong client relationships.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and firm policies.

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and deliver quality service.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

· CPA preferred, but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Location: On-site in our Cumberland, Maryland office

Compensation: Based on experience
