Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated RNs to join our growing team of home health professionals. As a nurse with Guardian Angel, you’ll enjoy a rewarding environment with flexibility, autonomy, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Complete assessments and develop care plans in coordination with the clinical team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and case managers.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management.
• Document all visits and care following agency policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• RN license (California, active and in good standing)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Previous home health experience (Preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently in the field

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: $65.00 - $120.00 per hour
