Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (CCA, PBA, SMT, PCBA)

As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide technical leadership and drive the successful ramp-up of the Olathe Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) production line.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, influence cross-functional teams, and champion change management initiatives that enable operational readiness, workforce engagement, and sustained production growth.

You will partner with design engineering, site operations, quality assurance, and supply chain stakeholders to overcome launch challenges, accelerate process maturity, optimize productivity and product quality, and deliver a successful transition from startup to full-rate production.

You will report directly to our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an On-site work schedule.
