We are currently hiring an Operations Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading front-of-house staff, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and train staff in accordance with company policies
• Ensure all team members follow restaurant procedures and service standards
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
• Engage with guests to address concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Create and manage staff schedules and track employee hours
• Record and submit payroll data accurately
• Order food, linens, gloves, and other supplies while staying within budget
• Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies

Job Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment; breakfast-focused experience preferred
• Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in a high-volume setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
• Thorough knowledge of proper food handling techniques and procedures
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
