Aesthetic Nurse Injector (NP/RN): Botox, Fillers & Longevity

Ozeina Longevity & Medspa is looking for a skilled, results-driven Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse Injector to join our injectables and longevity services team at our growing Riverview location. This role suits a licensed injector who combines solid clinical skill and a refined aesthetic eye with a real ability to educate clients, build trust, and turn consultations into long-term treatment plans.

You’ll perform Botox and dermal filler treatments, support our longevity and wellness programs, and help grow the practice through consultative, education-first client care. That means no pushy tactics, just clear guidance that leads to natural, measurable results.

We offer a full suite of aesthetic and wellness services, including injectables, body contouring, laser treatments, skin renewal, IV therapy, and physician-guided weight loss and peptide programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform Botox treatments.
• Perform dermal filler treatments.
• Support longevity and wellness services, including IV therapy, NAD+, vitamin injections, and physician-guided peptide and weight-loss programs.
• Conduct thorough consultations, including facial assessment, medical history review, and goal setting. Recommend a personalized treatment plan and clearly explain outcomes, timelines, risks, and pricing.
• Present and close on treatment plans, injectable memberships, and maintenance packages, turning first-time clients into long-term patients.
• Meet and exceed monthly injectables revenue, rebooking, and retention targets.
• Manage complications and adverse events per protocol, including vascular occlusion response and hyaluronidase use.
• Maintain detailed, compliant charting, consent forms, lot tracking, and before/after photo documentation.
• Practice within your scope of licensure, under the supervision and standing protocols of our Medical Director.
• Support other clinical staff on injection technique, client communication, and treatment planning.
• Keep the treatment room clean and stocked, and manage injectable inventory and product needs proactively.
• Stay current on injection techniques, new products, longevity medicine, and medspa industry trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN (Nurse Practitioner) or Registered Nurse license (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injector experience with Botox and dermal fillers (required).
• Certification or formal training in Botox and dermal fillers. Advanced filler and complication-management training is preferred.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS is a plus).
• A portfolio of natural-looking results. Before/after photos are welcome.
• Experience with IV therapy, peptides, or longevity/wellness medicine is a plus.
• Comfort discussing treatment plans, memberships, and packages with clients.
• Warm, consultative communication. Clients should feel educated and confident, never pressured.
• Sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working within medical protocols and documentation standards.
• A team-first attitude and eagerness to keep learning and growing.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Competitive base pay, commensurate with licensure (NP vs. RN) and experience.
• Commission/bonus structure on injectables, packages, memberships, and retail. Details are discussed at the offer stage.
• Ongoing advanced training and education opportunities.
• Full-time, with some evenings and Saturdays required to meet client demand.
• A growth path into a Lead Injector or Clinical Trainer role as the practice expands.
