_ Job Summary_ Are you an accountant with a positive attitude and a passion for manufacturing? Homecrest Outdoor Living is looking for an accounts receivable accountant to join our team! In this position, you will focus on accounts receivable, credit, and general ledger reconciliation for our company.

To thrive in this role, you must be detail oriented, organized, and analytical.

_ Job Duties_

· Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including payment applications, credit hold reviews, and collection calls.

· Process new customer setup requests and evaluate each customer’s creditworthiness.

· Work with production, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control to ensure effective service and communication.

· Maintain current and valid sales tax exemption certificates for all customers.

· Conduct reporting and analysis for management.

· Provide support to financial accounting areas, including accounts receivable and general ledger account reconciliation.

Requirements

· Associate’s degree in accounting or related accounting experience.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

· Strong initiative to investigate and solve problems.

· Sense of urgency and efficiency in your work.

· Desire to learn additional accounting functions to grow with our company.
