What we treat

Our therapists maintain a great diversity within their caseload. Our multidisciplinary team is there to support each other.

How we do it

We help promote job satisfaction in the home health setting through tailored scheduling and managing territories to ensure appropriate caseloads and a limited drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are all therapists. Pay range is based on visit type.

Constant coordination and communication with your support staff in a time-efficient way allows you to focus on the patient care you love to provide.

Pay: $60.00 - $120.00 per hour
