Home Health Professionals Network (HHPN) is seeking dependable, compassionate, and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide school nurse staffing coverage in local schools.

We are looking for experienced nursing professionals who are passionate about student health, safety, and well-being. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students, responding to health needs, and helping maintain a safe and healthy school environment.

Immediate Staffing Needs

We are currently seeking RN coverage for the following dates:

• Friday, November 6
• Monday, November 9
• Tuesday, November 10
• Tuesday, November 17
• Friday, November 20
• Tuesday, November 24 (afternoon coverage only)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to students during the school day.
• Assess and respond to student illnesses, injuries, and medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized.
• Monitor student health conditions and respond to medical concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and student health needs.
• Communicate with school personnel, parents, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and healthy school environment.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous school nursing, pediatric, or community nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond confidently to changing situations.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
