Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile software developer to help build and improve our AI-native operational knowledge system. The ideal candidate combines full-stack development expertise with practical experience integrating AI capabilities and a strong eye for UI/UX design.
Key Requirements
● Full-stack development: 2–3 years of experience developing both front-end and back-end applications.
● AI integration: Practical experience using AI development tools, integrating LLM APIs, and implementing AI-powered features into software applications.
● Front-end development: Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks, such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
● Back-end development: Experience building APIs, implementing business logic, managing databases, and integrating external services.
● UI/UX design: Strong ability to design intuitive, visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces, with an understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
● Product-oriented mindset: Ability to translate business requirements into functional software and make independent technical and design decisions.
● AI-assisted development: Familiarity with AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and iteration.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience developing AI-powered SaaS products.
● Familiarity with cloud deployment, authentication, security, and database architecture.
● Experience with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
● Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment.
Responsibilities
