About Our Company

We work across brand development, retail operations, and cross-border partnerships. Our first U.S. launch, GUIJI, is a premium Taiwanese tea brand known for its commitment to freshness and craftsmanship.

As we continue to expand our brands and portfolio, we are looking for a passionate professional who can grow with the company and help build strong, consistent operations across our brands.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with HOJIA's operations team to analyze purchasing, inventory, and vendor data across our brands. This is a hands-on, analysis-focused role suited to a student or recent graduate who wants full-cycle experience applying data analysis to real supply chain decisions in a multi-brand food & beverage business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Excel models to forecast inventory needs across stores and the warehouse.
  • Analyze inventory usage, supply costs, waste and product availability, and report findings to the operations team.
  • Source ingredients, packaging, equipment and operating supplies.
  • Create and coordinate purchase orders with domestic and overseas suppliers.
  • Prepare and track international and domestic shipments, including import and shipping documentation.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and store replenishment schedules.
  • Receive deliveries, including lifting and moving boxes, and resolve shortages, damages, delays and discrepancies.
  • Maintain supplier pricing, lead time and product information.
  • Support new store openings, promotions and seasonal product launches.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Economics, International Business or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing or the food and beverage industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, building forecasts and reports from large data sets).
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with suppliers oversea.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable switching between desk work and hands-on warehouse tasks.

Compensation: $20-25 per hour
