We are looking for a senior marketer to lead INT marketing in the United States. You will be part of the global INT Marketing team and work closely with the US Sales organization. Your task is to turn our global direction into a focused plan for the US market—and deliver marketing that helps us win new customers, develop key accounts and grow with channel partners.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can set priorities, build relationships and carry initiatives from market insight through execution and follow-up.
Essential Job Functions
- Own the US marketing plan. Identify with Sales local opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics and relevant industry segments. Recommend where INT should focus its marketing efforts and adapt global strategies, launches and campaigns to the US market
- Partner with Sales on growth. Build a shared plan for priority accounts, new customer acquisition and existing customer development. Support account-based marketing with relevant messages, content, customer programs and coordinated outreach to buying groups
- Drive demand across the customer journey. Plan and execute integrated activities across digital channels, content, webinars, customer programs and events. Connect awareness and engagement to meaningful sales conversations and opportunities
- Lead the US event approach. Set clear objectives for major industry events, including Rockwell Automation Fair and Automate. Build target account and meeting plans in advance, coordinate the on-site presence, and ensure timely follow-up with Sales afterward
- Bring the US customer voice into INT. Share customer questions, objections, competitor activity and feedback with global Marketing, Offering and Product Management. Help shape messages and future activities based on what the market is telling us
- Measure and improve impact. Track progress with Sales through target account engagement, qualified conversations, opportunity development, partner activity and campaign follow-up. Use the results to recommend what to continue, change or stop
You will collaborate with global colleagues who support content, digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM and performance measurement. You will help define local requirements and use these shared capabilities to deliver effective US programs.
Minimum Requirements
------------------------
- Significant B2B marketing experience in industrial technology, automation, industrial communications or a closely related field
- Experience building and executing regional marketing plans with a direct link to sales priorities
- A strong understanding of complex buying decisions involving technical, commercial and management stakeholders
- Practical experience with key account or account-based marketing, demand generation, events and partner marketing
- The ability to work confidently with Sales leaders, product teams and external partners—and to turn differing needs into clear priorities
- Sound judgment on where to invest limited time and budget, paired with the willingness to execute
- Comfort using CRM and marketing data to understand customer progress and improve activities
- Practical experience using AI tools to research markets and customers, develop content and improve marketing workflows, combined with sound judgment about the quality of their output
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical value clear to different audiences
