Data Analyst

Position: Data Analyst (SQL & Tableau experience) Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Team is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven product management, operational decision-making, and reporting initiatives.

This role will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders to analyze customer access data, identify trends and opportunities, improve data quality, and develop reporting solutions that drive product strategy and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL and data analysis skills, experience with Tableau reporting, and the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user, organization, and access management data to identify usage trends, understand customer behavior, and uncover opportunities to improve product adoption, user experience, and business value.
• Gather, define, and document detailed reporting requirements, including business rules, metric definitions, and attribute-level specifications, to support the development of Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Investigate system process failures, data quality issues, and operational incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to support data analysis, ad hoc reporting requests, reconciliation activities, and operational investigations.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and operations teams to support product enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous process improvement
