- Keep the facility clean, safe, well maintained, and ready for members.
Membership Sales and Growth
- Lead membership sales, lead follow-up, tours, conversion, and retention.
- Grow personal training, class participation, and Wellness Lab revenue.
- Train the team to explain and sell HIT’s full range of services.
- Partner with marketing to develop promotions, local partnerships, and community events.

- Coordinate effectively with trainers and independent contractors.
- Set measurable goals and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Address performance concerns promptly, professionally, and consistently.
- Build a service-focused culture where departments work together and follow through on commitments.
Wellness Lab Management
- Integrate wellness and recovery services into the overall HIT member experience.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, service delivery, equipment maintenance, and approved protocols.
- Ensure staff understand service procedures, screening requirements, and when to escalate questions.
- Drive utilization, repeat visits, and wellness membership growth.
Member Experience
- Provide a world class experience for the customer
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the facility.
- Build relationships with members and resolve concerns effectively.
- Ensure consistent service across all departments and operating hours.
Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant management experience, including leadership of a team and responsibility for business results.
- Experience in a fitness club, health club, boutique fitness business, wellness facility, hospitality operation, or comparable membership-based business.
- Demonstrated success improving sales, retention, operational execution, and financial performance.
