We are seeking an experienced

**Senior Full Stack Software Engineer**

to design, develop, implement, and support new and existing software applications. This role will own the

**full software development lifecycle**

, from research and design through development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience with

**. NET, C\#, MVC, JavaScript, Vue. js, SQL, and full\-stack web application development**

, along with the ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications supporting internal business requirements and external customers.
• Execute the

**full software development lifecycle**

, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Develop well\-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software solutions.
• Build and maintain full\-stack web applications across the

**front end, middle\-tier service layer, and back\-end database**

.

• Support and install software applications, including end\-user training and technical documentation when required.
• Document and maintain application functionality, including

**break/fix support and continuous improvements**

.

• Participate in the software testing process, including test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification.
• Work with database technologies and develop complex SQL queries for reading, inserting, updating, and deleting data.
• Participate in Agile development processes, methodologies, ceremonies, and tools.
• Review code developed by other team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, security principles, and development guidelines.
• Mentor

**Level I and Level II associates**

and assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer.

• Stay current with emerging development tools, technologies, programming techniques, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical consultation on projects and serve as a

**subject matter expert**

in relevant technologies.

• Participate in

**Level II on\-call support**

as required.

• Work independently under limited supervision while exercising sound technical judgment and creativity.
• Contribute as a highly impactful member of the engineering team and help drive technical solutions and improvements.

**Required Qualifications**

• **Master’s degree \+ 4\+ years**

of relevant experience; OR

• **Bachelor’s degree \+ 5\+ years**

of relevant experience; OR

• **7\+ years of equivalent professional experience.**
• **5\+ years of hands\-on experience**

with the primary technology stack, including:

• .NET, C\#, MVC, JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience developing

**full\-stack web applications**

, including:

• Front\-end Web UI, Middle\-tier/service layer, Back\-end database
• Strong experience with

**JavaScript and Vue. js**

.

• Strong knowledge of

**HTML, CSS, SQL, and Web User Interface Design**

.

• Demonstrated ability to write and work with

**complex SQL statements**

, including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations.

• Strong understanding of

**Web Services, Object\-Oriented Design, and Security Principles**

.

• Experience working within

**Agile software development environments**

, methodologies, and tools.

• Strong problem\-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid\-level software engineers.
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
• Experience supporting production applications and participating in on\-call rotations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, and application performance.
