Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients; develop & implement outpatient PT plans
- Deliver therapy to restore mobility, strength, and function
- Manage caseload independently; track & adjust progress
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with care team as needed
