Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent
Location: Montrose, CO 81401
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (varies by department)
- Pay Range: $36.17 – $57.87/hr (based on experience)
- Experience Preferred: Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Key Traits: Personable, team-oriented, self-directed
- Licensure: Must meet state licensure requirements (Colorado OT license)

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
- Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress
