Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients; develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Provide outpatient therapy to improve developmental, motor, and functional skills
• Implement age-appropriate interventions and activities
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care team/parents
