Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients; develop & implement OT treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve ADLs, strength, and functional independence
- Monitor progress; adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
