In this vital industrial cybersecurity role, you will safeguard manufacturing plant automation networks, industrial control systems (ICS), and assembly equipment against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary plant cybersecurity lead, driving implementation of regional Operational Technology security standards.
• Maintain real-time asset visibility and inventory across plant floor PLC controllers, robotics, and industrial networks using IDS tools.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, prioritize remediation roadmaps, and coordinate security patch management on production lines.
• Oversee disaster recovery and backup systems for mission-critical industrial controllers and automated production machinery.
• Collaborate with IT and plant engineering teams to investigate security alerts and lead industrial cyber incident responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or machine control networks.
• Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus) and network segmentation (Purdue Model).
• Experience with intrusion detection systems (IDS), vulnerability scanners, and industrial backup solutions.
• Strong technical problem-solving, incident coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
