IT Manager - Enterprise HR & Business Systems

Job Title: IT Manager - Enterprise HR & Business Systems Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Marysville, OH, United States About the Role: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking an IT Manager of Business Systems in Marysville, OH.

Leading our HR & Administrative IT Unit, you will govern enterprise application portfolios (ServiceNow HRSD, UKG/Kronos, SuccessFactors, SAP), oversee system roadmaps, and direct digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic planning, operation, and maintenance of enterprise HR and administrative IT business systems.
• Partner with executive HR stakeholders and global IT leaders to establish technology roadmaps and prioritize digital initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing IT teams consisting of systems analysts, solution architects, and technical specialists.
• Oversee multi-million dollar IT project portfolios, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule, within budget, and to standard.
• Manage vendor contracts, enterprise software licensing, SLA governance, and third-party implementation partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience managing core corporate systems, preferably within large-scale manufacturing.
• Proven track record governing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, UKG/Kronos, SAP ECC, or SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional engineering teams, departmental operating budgets, and vendor SLAs.
• Exceptional executive presentation, strategic roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
