Now Hiring: Senior IT Project Manager | Enterprise Transformation Knoxville, TN | Hybrid Direct Hire | Full-Time Target Base Salary: $120,000–$125,000 W2 Only | No H1B's | No Third Parties allowed On behalf of our client, Hire Elevation Resources is recruiting for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager for a major, multi-year enterprise technology transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished IT Project Manager who thrives on leading complex initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership, and driving enterprise-wide technology implementations.

The Opportunity

You'll play a critical leadership role in a large-scale financial systems modernization initiative, replacing legacy enterprise platforms and integrating a new ERP solution across a complex technology environment. This isn't simply a project tracking position.

We're looking for someone who understands the technical complexities of enterprise implementations, anticipates risks, drives accountability, and confidently navigates conversations with both technology leaders and business executives.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Demonstrated success personally leading major ERP, enterprise application, or similarly complex technology implementations.
• Strong project management discipline, including project planning, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive communications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams involving software development, infrastructure, data, analytics, finance, and third-party vendors.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to understand technical integrations, architectural dependencies, and business-critical systems.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Especially Valuable Experience Financial systems or enterprise ERP implementations involving SAP, Oracle, Workday, Lawson, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting major financial transformation initiatives.
• Leading high-stakes projects with complex integrations and significant organizational impact.
• Healthcare or similarly complex enterprise environments.
