Part-Time AI & Marketing Specialist

Hilltop Builders is a construction company in Pleasant Hill looking for a practical, organized team member to help improve our marketing and use AI tools in our daily work.

Responsibilities

• Help create and organize marketing content using photos and information from our projects.
• Support our social media, website, and online presence.
• Help improve lead follow-up and identify useful AI tools and automations.
• Work with our team to put practical marketing ideas into action.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in digital marketing and AI tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and taking initiative.
• Construction or home-services experience is a plus.

This is an in-office position in Pleasant Hill, approximately 20 hours per week, at $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. There is potential to grow into a larger role as the company grows.
