What You’ll Need

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• At least one year of Physical Therapist preferred
• Nebraska Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• BLS CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within the required timeframe
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
