Technical Project Manager (Wealth Management/Hybrid)

Role: Technical Project Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC or New Jersey (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Wealth Management domain knowledge and AI/GenAI project experience to lead complex technology transformation initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business, technology, data, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions across the wealth management ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably within financial services.
• Strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Management.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, or digital transformation projects.
• Good understanding of cloud, APIs, data platforms, application integration, and modern technology architecture.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data security, and financial-services compliance is preferred.
