Evening Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Evening Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our second-shift warehouse operations at Highstyle Event Rentals.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to work alongside the team to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all evening warehouse staff and daily shift operations.
• Supervise and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Ensure all rental equipment is properly organized, stored, and returned to its designated warehouse location.
• Coordinate truck loading to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.
• Oversee the unloading, sorting, and proper storage of returned rental equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the end of each shift.
• Operate warehouse equipment and drive company trucks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Must be able to drive box trucks and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be trained and certified to operate forklifts/high-lows.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be hands-on and comfortable with physical warehouse work.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Schedule

Evening Shift | 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

We are looking for a strong leader who takes ownership of the shift, keeps the team productive, and ensures the warehouse is fully organized and prepared for the next day's operations.

Pay: $52,300.00 - $63,100.00 per year
