Design is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee commercial landscaping accounts, and identify opportunities to grow our business. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, understands customer service, and can coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing commercial clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Conduct property visits and meet with clients to assess landscaping needs.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure services meet client expectations.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Monitor account performance, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and account growth.
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and account documentation.
• Assist with client retention, renewals, and new business development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial landscaping, landscape maintenance, or property management.
• Experience preparing proposals, estimates, and service agreements.
• Knowledge of commercial account management and client retention strategies.

Work Environment

This position involves a combination of office work, client communication, and on-site property visits. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with clients and coordinating with operations teams.
