About HIFI

HIFI is a stablecoin infrastructure company building technology for the next-generation of financial products. We build tools for payments and tokenized money products across money movement, cards, and capital markets. Institutions and enterprises already use our platform and APIs to move billions of dollars in production environments around the world, and we are still early.

Founded in 2022, our organization is flat and our team is talent dense. We work in person at our office in Flatiron and are intentional about who we work with. We've raised $37 million from world-class investors, including a Series A led by Left Lane Capital.

About the Team

HIFI's marketing team helps fintechs, banks, and financial institutions understand how stablecoin payments can work for their business and why HIFI is the right infrastructure to build on. The team works closely with sales and product to reach the companies that will benefit most from HIFI, through programs, events, content, and the website.

As more institutions begin moving money on stablecoin rails, the team's work determines how many of them start that journey with HIFI.

The

Brand and Motion Designer

owns how HIFI looks and moves everywhere customers and partners see us. You'll shape HIFI's visual identity and apply it across the website, campaigns, events, product launches, and sales materials, in both static and motion formats.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll design and animate the work yourself, build the templates and guidelines that keep it consistent, and work directly with marketing, product marketing, and engineering to bring it to life. You'll also be the person the team relies on to decide what looks and feels like HIFI.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve HIFI's visual identity, including logo usage, typography, color, illustration, and iconography, and maintain the brand guidelines that document it.
  • Design and animate content for product launches, announcements, and social channels, from short product animations to explainer videos.
  • Lead the visual design of hifi.com, and work with engineering to implement layouts, interactions, and motion on the site.
  • Create campaign and digital assets, including ads, email templates, and graphics, for programs run by the marketing team.
  • Design materials for conferences and HIFI-hosted events, including booths, signage, presentations, and printed collateral.
  • Design pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other sales materials with product marketing.
  • Build templates in Figma and other tools so sales and marketing can produce routine materials without starting from scratch.
  • Manage outside partners such as illustrators, video producers, and print vendors when a project calls for them.

You might be a fit if

  • 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design, ideally at a B2B technology, fintech, payments, or crypto company.
  • Expert-level skill in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects, with a portfolio that shows both static and motion work.
  • Experience building or evolving a brand identity and writing the guidelines that keep it consistent.
  • You've designed websites and worked with engineers to ship them, and you understand how design decisions hold up in code.
  • The ability to turn technical or abstract concepts into clear visuals and animations that a finance audience understands.
  • Strong typography and layout fundamentals, and a sense of restraint about when to add motion and when to leave it out.
  • Experience producing work across many formats, from social clips to event booths to sales decks, on tight timelines.
  • You're comfortable owning the design function yourself and prefer doing the work to directing others to do it.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift as the market and the business evolve.

Why This Role Matters

Stablecoin payments are still new to most of the institutions HIFI works with, and good design makes them easier to understand. This is a chance to define what HIFI looks like while the category is forming, and to see your work in every launch, event, and conversation that brings new customers to the company.

Additional Requirement

Must be within a commutable distance from our office and able to work in person most days of the week.

Equal Opportunity

Statement

HIFI is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status. We also provide reasonable accommodations during the hiring process.
