Registered Nurse (RN)

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available.

Pay: $40.00-$46.44 per hour

The pay range reflects potential earnings based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for a higher hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and monitor residents' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document care accurately and report changes in residents' health.
• Collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to support resident well-being.
• Follow established care plans, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
