What You´ll Do

  • Strong technical background and experience in Data and Analytics product implementations
  • Represents the voice of the customer
  • Helps triage and resolves technical issues with impacted Analytics use cases
  • Creates, manages and shares the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap
  • Ensures transparency of requirements and accounts for product success
  • Responsible for managing the Product Backlog
  • Ensures a holistic view on the product, which includes also Legal, data office and Henkel IT standards

  • Key Responsibilities

+ Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own and manage the product backlog for data products, tools, and analytics initiatives, prioritizing based on business value, user needs, and strategic objectives.
  • Gather and translate requirements from internal and external stakeholders, and market insights into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Stay current on data technologies (BI tools, data warehouses, cloud ecosystems) and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Steer ongoing operations support for existing products – maintenance and enhancements

+ Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to define project goals, technical requirements, and success metrics.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
  • Collaborate with training, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and communicate the value of data tools to end users.

+ Data Engineering & Architecture Leadership

  • Manage end to end execution of data engineering and analytics projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Recommend and design appropriate data architectures considering use cases, data volume, latency, scalability, performance, and integration requirements.
  • Oversee development of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data warehousing solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in modeling and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies across all data systems and processes.
  • Apply strong technical expertise in Python, Databricks, and Azure throughout solution design and implementation.

+ Agile Delivery & Project Management

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use tools such as Azure DevOps to track progress, manage work, and ensure high quality, on-time delivery of analytics solutions and data products.
  • Coordinate release planning to align development teams and ensure smooth deployment cycles

The salary range for this role is $130,000. 00 and $150,000. 00.

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above.

Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
