About the Role
We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our team and support our growing digital creative workload. This role focuses on producing and preparing digital assets across email, paid ads, ecommerce and campaigns, from product imagery on Shopify to motion content for social.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of design experience, ideally in tech or fashion, strong retouching and image-editing skills, and the self-sufficiency to manage their own workload in a small, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design email campaigns and layouts in Figma, including animated GIFs.
- Create ad designs and assets across paid social and digital channels.
- Produce and prepare campaign imagery for launches and brand initiatives.
- Upload and maintain product imagery and content on Shopify, including building and updating PDPs.
- Resize and rescale product imagery for different placements and formats.
- Perform image retouching, background extensions and photo upscaling, ideally with experience in skin and jewelry retouching in Photoshop.
- Manage and update design progress and task statuses in Asana (experience helpful but not required).
- Organize and archive design assets, ensuring version control and easy file access.
- Provide general design support for brand and marketing initiatives as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years
of graphic design experience, ideally in
tech or fashion
.
- Proficient in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop and Illustrator required;
After Effects a plus
).
- Working knowledge of
Figma
for email, ad and digital design.
- Strong
photo editing and retouching
skills, including background extension, upscaling and resizing; experience retouching product and jewelry images is a plus.
- Experience designing
emails, GIFs and digital ads
.
- Shopify
experience (uploading products, managing PDPs) is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent file organization habits.
- Previous experience with
Asana
or other project management tools preferred.
- Self-sufficient, proactive and communicative, able to manage priorities independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
- Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work in office 3 days per week.
