Join Our Team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist!

Gulf Central Early Steps is seeking a passionate and dedicated Florida Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work with infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays. This opportunity is for a contracted and/or staff positions.

As part of our Early Steps team, you will:

• Provide family-centered early intervention services in children’s homes and natural environments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and developmental specialists through joint visits and weekly team meetings.
• Take part in professional development with FL-Epic (Florida Embedded Practices and Interventions with Caregivers) to grow in your role as an OT in Early Intervention.

Location

North Port, Sarasota and Bradenton

What We’re Looking For:

Florida OT License (required)

Pediatric experience (1 year preferred)

Reliable transportation (must be able to drive)

Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply

Contracted Positions Offer:

• Full flexibility: you manage your hours (16 minimum hours/week), schedule, and caseload
