Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / or Psychiatrist

Wild Acres Wellness and Ketamine Center is a small, trauma-informed private practice nestled on 20 serene acres of pasture and woods in Afton, MN. We specialize in nature-based therapy and offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Trauma-Focused Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR and hypnotherapy.

Our unique Ketamine and Retreat Center nestled in nature is growing!! If you are looking for a unique nature based setting to help folks heal through psychedelic medicine, this place is for you!

We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up focused on psychedelic medicines where indicated such as ketamine and spravato.

This role also involves staying abreast of the FDA approval process of additional psychedelic medicines such as MDMA.

Our outdoor space includes horses, donkeys, chickens, and dogs, as well as outdoor talk therapy areas designed to support deep healing through connection with nature.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active ARNP license, or MD / DO licensed in MN
• Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards
• An independent, collaborative spirit who values community and holistic healing
• A desire to work in a quiet, peaceful, nature-rich environment
