Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in outpatient setting. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care across different settings.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with coding standards.
