Therapy Center of Atlanta is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing private practice. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate provider interested in providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing patient care in a collaborative private-practice setting.

This is an opportunity to enjoy the independence of private practice while having the administrative, billing, credentialing, and marketing support already in place.

• Generous Compensation Structure: Split-pay compensation model with the opportunity to retain 100% of collections after reaching an established monthly revenue threshold.
• Insurance Credentialing Included: We handle the insurance credentialing process.
• Billing and Administrative Support: Insurance billing and administrative responsibilities are managed by the practice.
• Marketing and Referrals: Marketing and practice promotion are provided to help build and maintain your caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and medication effectiveness.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers when appropriate.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification.
• Maintain your own Physician supervision as applicable to your license and rules that govern your practice.
• Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
