Software Tester

The Role

• Develop, test, and sustain innovative mechanical technologies for hot tapping and plugging applications.
• Transition new tools from development through rigorous testing to successful deployment.
• Ensure functional reliability and compliance with stringent technical standards.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Design and develop new test vessels and fixtures, leveraging CAD software and other tools.
• Conduct research to inform product enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in product development or testing.
• Proven experience with engineering testing, validation, and data acquisition.
• Strong background in engineering calculations and design, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software, with SolidWorks being highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
