A global technology staffing and workforce solutions company is working with a prominent client to find a highly skilled developer to contribute to innovative software solutions. This client is seeking an expert to drive their backend and frontend development, leveraging modern AI-assisted coding practices.

The Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Contribute to React-based UI development and integrate frontend applications with Java APIs.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools and practices like Vibe Coding or Spec-Driven Development to enhance productivity.
  • Review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring it meets functional and engineering standards.
  • Develop unit tests, support automated testing, and create API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps.

What You'll Need

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
  • Practical experience using AI coding tools for code generation, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of API design, JSON, integration patterns, and backend application architecture.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL/Oracle, and experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
