The Opportunity

• Join a dynamic, startup-minded team within the Investment Experience Technology organization.
• Design and implement high-impact solutions for a new investment services platform.
• Collaborate with a strong team to deliver scalable, high-quality software in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Work with a modern tech stack including Go, Java, APIs, and OpenShift to build next-generation investment solutions.
• Contribute to delivering differentiated, digital-first experiences for members and financial advisors.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/certification.
• 4 years of software development experience with depth in specific disciplines/technologies.
• 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack development, including enterprise-level applications and batch processing.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement robust APIs using Spring Boot and Docker.
• Working experience with build frameworks (Gradle/Maven), version control (Git), and CI/CD (GitLab CI).
