Lead Full-Stack Engineer

The Role

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications
• Drive technical standards, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Mentor and coach software engineers across the team
• Architect and develop modern React + TypeScript front-end applications
• Design and build scalable backend services using .NET 8 / .NET Core and C#
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions

What You'll Need

• Proven experience leading software engineering initiatives and technical decision-making
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript with modern front-end architecture and design patterns
• Strong backend architecture and development experience, particularly with .NET 8 / .NET Core and C#
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST API development, SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, Lambda, EKS) and Azure DevOps
• Ability to mentor developers, drive best practices, and lead technical discussions
