IT Manager

The Role

• Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering innovation in technical support for a global operations network.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and OSHA compliance, maintaining a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with management and staff to enhance IT solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of daily technical support activities, including troubleshooting and installations.
• Manage infrastructure builds for new facilities and oversee equipment and parts inventory.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience developing technical teams across multiple locations.
• 2+ years of experience leading technology teams as an IT operations manager.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional or military experience.
• Proficiency in Linux or Unix systems administration.
• Knowledge of hardware architectures and experience with system management tools.
• Experience in client/server environments.
