We're currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our nursing team.

Hourly pay ($32–$37/hour)

• Full-time and PRN availability
• Pick your schedule

Multiple scheduling choices to fit your lifestyle including:

• 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a)
• 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)

Part-time two-shift option per week

• Special weekend schedules, including Saturday–Monday shifts
• Night differential ($2/hour)
• Weekend differential ($1/hour)

No psychiatric experience? No problem.

We provide a comprehensive orientation and mentorship program for nurses for all units transitioning from medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, long-term care, or outpatient settings

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Perform comprehensive physical and mental health assessments
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely
• Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Monitor patient safety and therapeutic progress
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric nursing care
